Rules/Conditions of club membership:
Upon signup for the club, members authorize 44 Wineries to charge their credit card quarterly at the time of pick up or shipment. Members agree to a minimum of 4 wine club shipments/pickups, after which they will continue to be charged quarterly until written notice of cancellation is given. If canceled before 4 releases, members agree to pay a termination fee of $40. Members also agree to pay for shipping and handling in addition to the charge of the wine club release if it is not picked up within 60 days of the release, and any additional shipping charged due to a shipment being returned. By signing up for the club, members have read and accept these terms.
